# ServiceNow Specialist ## Company Overview TBD ## Job Summary The ServiceNow Specialist will be responsible for the administration, development, and support of the ServiceNow platform. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficiency of IT service management processes and improving user experiences across the organization. ## Responsibilities - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives. - Administer and maintain the ServiceNow environment including user management and application settings. - Develop custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform to automate business processes. - Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications, ensuring maximum uptime and performance. - Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation for end users. ## Qualifications - Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management. - Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript. - Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with ServiceNow integrations and API usage. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. ## Preferred Skills - ServiceNow Certified Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist. - Familiarity with Cloud technologies and architecture. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. ## Experience - A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform or related IT service management tools. ## Environment This position typically operates in an office environment with the option for remote work flexibility. ## Salary TBD ## Growth Opportunities Potential for advancement within the organization's IT department, including lead roles and specialized positions. ## Benefits - TBD
