ServiceNow Developer

**Job Title:** ServiceNow Developer \ **Experience Required:** 3 to 5 Years\ **Location:** Hyderabad ,Hybrid work mode\ **Job Summary:** We are looking for a skilled **ServiceNow Developer** with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in **ServiceNow platform development**, and **IT Service Management (ITSM)** modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to enhance vulnerability management processes and streamline IT service delivery. ### **Key Responsibilities:** - Work on ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB. - Integrate third-party security tools (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, etc.) with the ServiceNow platform. - Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and custom applications. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver tailored solutions. - Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing maintenance and support.. - In-depth knowledge of **ServiceNow ITSM** processes and configurations. - Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) on the ServiceNow platform. - Familiarity with integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, etc.). - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) is preferred. - ServiceNow CIS in Security Operations or ITSM is a plus.
