JLL - Site Operations Manager (M1)

Transform at JLL in our work dynamics division as a Facilities Management professional on a global client account in our Technology Vertical! Our client is the world's leading cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and artificial intelligence software company.

Location: Chicago, IL 60654 (downtown River North/West Loop area)

Work Schedule: On-site, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Travel Requirements: 25% travel to other client sites in IN

Reporting to: Senior Site Operations Manager

Estimated base salary range: $97,000 - $115,000

What this job involves:

As a Site Operations Manager at JLL, you'll be primarily responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of both hard and soft services vendors for our client's sites. Your focus will be on managing vendor relationships, ensuring service quality, and driving operational excellence across the vendor ecosystem while maintaining site integrity and meeting client expectations.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Managing and coordinating activities of hard and soft services vendors across client sites

• Conducting regular performance reviews and quality audits of vendor services

• Negotiating and overseeing vendor contracts, including SLAs and KPIs

• Ensuring seamless integration of vendor services with overall site operations

• Implementing vendor management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

• Resolving vendor-related issues and escalations to maintain smooth site operations

• Analyzing vendor performance data and preparing reports for client and internal stakeholders

• Collaborating with procurement teams to identify and onboard new vendors as needed

• Ensuring vendor compliance with site-specific regulations, policies, and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in third-party facilities management or outsourced site operations and vendor management

• Proven track record in managing multiple vendor relationships in a site context

• Strong knowledge of contract management and vendor performance metrics

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in vendor management and facility management software

• Experience in site-based operational planning and execution

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field

• Professional certifications such as FMP, CFM, or CPSM

• Experience managing both hard and soft services vendors in diverse facility environments

• Knowledge of industry-standard service level agreements and key performance indicators

• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and site compliance requirements

• Experience with cost optimization and budget management in a site operations context

• Proficiency in project management methodologies

• Understanding of lean management principles and process improvement techniques applied to site operations

Expected compensation for this position:

97,000.00 – 115,000.00 USD per year

Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
