Social Worker - Home Health - Part Time

JOB SUMMARY

Plans; organizes; and implements social work services for patients and families to address difficulties which could interfere with obtaining maximum benefits from medical care.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education

• Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited school of Social Work

Minimum Work Experience

• One (1) year minimum experience as an MSW in a healthcare setting

Required Licenses/Certifications

• Licensed Social Worker in State of Texas
• Current driver's license

Required Skills; Knowledge; and Abilities

• Input data into computer programs
• Working knowledge of community resources
• Efficient interpersonal skills
