Software Engineer Intern

You will build and expand tools for visualizing molecules and proteins, analyzing machine learning models, and managing chemical workflows. You will collaborate with machine learning engineers and medicinal chemists to develop and productionize computational methods for molecular property prediction. You will also help scale infrastructure for large-scale deep learning and molecular dynamics workloads.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand tools for visualizing molecules and proteins, analyzing machine learning models, and managing chemical workflows
• Develop and productionize computational methods for molecular property prediction with machine learning engineers and medicinal chemists
• Scale core infrastructure for billions of datapoints and thousands of parallel deep learning and molecular dynamics jobs

Requirements

• Strong software engineering skills
• Ability to write code quickly while upholding code quality standards
• Interest in learning about biochemistry and the drug development process
