We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Consultant/Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), with a focus on Supply Chain Management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, brings deep industry insight, and is passionate about driving operational excellence through ERP solutions. You’ll lead client engagements, design and implement supply chain workflows, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and human-centered solutions. A strong foundation in D365 F&O is essential, and experience with Finance modules and relevant Microsoft certifications are significant pluses.
In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end D365 F&O Supply Chain implementations, including inventory, procurement, product information management, warehouse operations, sales and marketing, transportation management, and master planning.
- Assist in Managed Services engagements with existing and new clients
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and system configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with finance, quality, and compliance modules
- Configure and optimize workflows for procurement, inventory allocation, pricing, and automation
- Provide guidance on data migration, testing, training, and go-live support
- Perform unit testing, bug identification, and functional design documentation for developers
- Collaborate with other consultants and developers to develop use cases and functional/technical/training documentation
- Stay current with product updates and industry trends, and proactively recommend improvements
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
- Provide guidance and support to clients, ensuring they are using Dynamics 365 effectively and efficiently.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, challenges, and goals.
Who You Are:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with D365 F&O, specifically in Supply Chain Management
- Proven track record in industry-specific implementations (e.g., manufacturing, distribution, retail, or life sciences)
- Strong understanding of ERP best practices, business process mapping, and compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving client needs
- Desire to go above and beyond to ensure clients satisfaction
- Experience with Finance modules in D365 F&O (e.g., GL, AP/AR, budgeting)
- Microsoft certifications such as MB-330, MB-310, or PL-600
- Familiarity with Power Platform, Electronic Reporting, or Data Management Framework (DMF)
- Background in change management, training, or user adoption strategies
