We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a large-scale enterprise transformation and migration programme.
📍 Location: Warsaw, Poland
🏢 Working model: Hybrid – 3 days per week on-site in Warsaw
📄 Contract: B2B
🚀 Start: ASAP
💰 Rate: Flexible, depending on experience
The role will focus on designing secure, scalable and operationally viable end-to-end solutions across complex hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
You will work closely with infrastructure, cloud, security, platform and delivery teams, taking ownership of solution architecture from requirements and design through governance and implementation.
Key responsibilities:
• Creating and maintaining Solution Design Documents (SDDs) and architecture diagrams
• Supporting large-scale migration and integration initiatives
• Defining current-state, target-state and transition architectures
• Designing solutions across cloud, infrastructure, networking, IAM, security and observability
• Ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and governance
• Identifying architectural risks, dependencies and technical constraints
• Supporting engineering and delivery teams throughout implementation
• Contributing to reusable architecture patterns, reference designs and standards
What we’re looking for:
• Strong experience as a Solution Architect / Infrastructure Architect / Cloud Architect
• Proven experience with hybrid and multi-cloud architecture
• Strong infrastructure, networking, security and identity knowledge
• Hands-on experience producing SDDs and architecture documentation
• Experience with enterprise-scale migration and transformation programmes
• Understanding of IaC, automation, CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in logistics, transportation, M&A integrations or large-scale infrastructure migrations would be a strong advantage.
