Solution Architect – ERP, CRM & Integrations

On behalf of a client in the medical device industry, we are looking for a Solution Architect to design a cross-platform solution across ERP, CRM and integration systems, and ensure the technical implementation supports the business requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Design the end-to-end solution across ERP, CRM and integration platforms

• Define and document solution, integration and data architecture

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions together with a Business Analyst

• Define technical user stories, enablers and non-functional requirements

• Ensure technical designs are aligned across platforms and with enterprise architecture standards

• Guide technical implementation and facilitate design discussions with developers and system architects

Key Requirements

• Strong experience as a Solution Architect working across multiple enterprise platforms

• Solid domain knowledge of ERP, CRM and integrations

• Experience creating solution, integration and data architecture

• Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and specifications

• Experience supporting and governing technical implementations

• Preferred Experience with Infor M3, Salesforce, MuleSoft

• Asset management, product warranty and/or claims handling is beneficial

Allocation: 25% in November, 40% in December - February
