Job Overview:

• Collaborate with the Chef to create and execute innovative and mouth-watering dishes
• Oversee the kitchen operations and ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain a high level of culinary expertise
• Manage inventory and control food costs
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations
