South Indian Chefs Wanted – Upcoming Restaurant in Central London: We are looking for experienced South Indian Chefs to join an exciting new Indian restaurant opening in Central London. We are particularly interested in chefs with experience in Hyderabadi and Andhra cuisine, especially those with strong skills in: - Curry Chefs – specialising in authentic South Indian curries and gravies. - Tandoor Chefs – with proven experience in tandoor cooking and Indian breads. - South Indian Chefs – with a strong understanding of regional flavours, spices, and traditional cooking techniques. Candidate Requirements: - Previous experience working in established Indian restaurants. - Strong knowledge of Hyderabadi or Andhra cuisine would be a significant advantage. - Must have existing UK right to work, such as British citizenship, Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR), or another valid status permitting employment. - Candidates requiring employer-sponsored work visas are not being considered at this stage.
