Busy spa is seeking a full-time spa manager for our full-service spa. The ideal spa manager candidate is goal oriented, and growth minded with a proven background in sales management, spa operations, and customer service.
What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate a team of service providers and front desk associates
- Drive membership sales and guest retention through coaching and accountability
- Recruit, hire, and develop top talent
- Manage daily spa operations and ensure an exceptional client experience
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve goals
- Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and business development efforts
- Foster a positive, professional, and results-oriented team culture
How Success Is Measured
Membership Growth
- Coach your team to educate clients on the value of our Lifestyle Program and increase membership enrollment
Revenue Performance
- Drive revenue through effective scheduling, service enhancements, promotions, and sales leadership.
Recruiting & Retention
- Build and retain a team of talented spa professionals who deliver exceptional service.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure smooth daily operations, strong client satisfaction, and consistent achievement of business goals.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of management experience in the spa, salon, hospitality, retail, or service industry
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
- Strong customer service and sales background
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to promote the benefits of massage therapy and skincare services
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and one weekend day
