Special Education Teacher Elementary (In Class Resource/Replacement) (Leave Replacement)

Requirements:

• Certification: Valid New Jersey Certification (Elementary K-6 and/or Teacher of Students with Disabilities) or eligible CE/CEAS.
• Child Development: Solid foundational understanding of elementary child development and how students learn and grow.
• Instructional Differentiation: Ability to adapt and differentiate classroom lessons to engage diverse learning styles and individual needs.
• Data-Informed Instruction: Familiarity with collecting student performance data and using it to guide small-group or individualized instruction.
• Collaborative Mindset: Strong communication skills with an eagerness to partner with parents, administrators, Child Study Team members, and classroom support staff to implement IEP goals and foster an inclusive classroom environment.
