What you´ll do Lead the development, standardization, and optimization of manufacturing processes to ensure safe, efficient, scalable, and repeatable operations. Provide technical leadership while driving compliance with engineering standards, best practices, and documentation requirements. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance productivity, quality, efficiency, and overall manufacturing performance. Partner with cross-functional teams to introduce new technologies, resolve complex manufacturing issues, and sustain continuous improvement initiatives. Manage engineering aspects of capital projects and conduct data-driven process optimization using analytical tools to improve process capability and operational results. The position is in the factory and could involve sitting, standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Occasionally this position may require the lifting and/or moving of more than 55 pounds. All lifting must comply with OSHA standards.
