Staff IT Engineer

Role Overview

• Support, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications IT operation across business functions
• Develop and configure application features based on functional and technical requirements
• Perform application monitoring, incident analysis, and root cause resolution
• Participate in application deployments, upgrades, and patch management activities
• Supporting the IT Operation Transformation, such as requirement analysis, testing, AI tool deployment and promotion, Project Management & Coordination
• Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and security teams to ensure application availability and performance
• Provide Level 2 application support and resolve production issues within defined SLAs
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and audit requirements
• Assist in vendor coordination and application lifecycle management activities
