You will own product design from discovery through launch. You will turn early concepts into AI products, define direction in ambiguous problem spaces, prototype and test ideas, conduct user research, and use customer insights, data, and experimentation to improve experiences.

- Define problems and product direction in ambiguous situations
- Design interactions for non-deterministic intelligent systems
- Prototype, test, and iterate on ideas
- Conduct user research and use customer insights, data, and experimentation
- Maintain a high bar for craft and user experience
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating craft and impact
- Experience leading products from zero to launch
- UX design and visual design skills
- Advanced prototyping skills
- Experience influencing product strategy and cross-functional decisions
- Systems thinking
- Experience designing AI-powered, generative, or probabilistic products
