As a Housekeeping Supervisor Intern, your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Housekeeping team in coordinating the department's daily operations.
• Monitoring and updating room status (arrivals, departures, priority rooms, and "Do Not Disturb" rooms).
• Preparing and distributing daily worksheets and room assignments for the housekeeping teams.
• Coordinating requests between Housekeeping, Front Office, Maintenance, and Laundry departments.
• Following up on guest requests and contributing to guest satisfaction.
• Ensuring administrative tasks are properly completed and maintaining the required reports.
• Reporting equipment malfunctions, maintenance needs, and safety concerns.
• Ensuring compliance with the hotel's quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

You are a student at a school recognised under the Swiss Collective Labour Agreement for the Hotel and Restaurant Industry. You enjoy working as part of a team, take initiative, and have a strong service mindset. You are curious, passionate, and eager to grow in an environment where high standards go hand in hand with support and respect.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
