Substitute Driver I Pool – White Fleet

Job Summary

The Driver I is responsible for safely transporting students and food to various District locations using assigned school vehicles and designated routes. This position performs daily vehicle safety inspections, follows all applicable laws and District policies, maintains appropriate student behavior and safety while transporting students, and completes required records and reports. The Driver I works collaboratively with staff, students, families, and the public while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and responsible vehicle operation.

Requirements / Qualifications

Upon hire, the selected candidate must have a valid driver's license and successfully complete and clear a fingerprint/background check and pre-employment physical, and provide verification of a negative TB screening.
