SALARY: Per Substitute Salary Guide
| Timeframe | Substitute Certificate ND (No Degree - no teaching degree) | NJ Teaching Degree |
| Days 1-10 | $110.00 per diem | $115.00 per diem |
| Days 11+ | $135.00 per diem | $150.00 per diem |
| After 3 years in District, Day 1 | $155.00 per diem | $170.00 per diem |
ESPONSI
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid NJ Teaching or Substitute Certificate from NJ Ed Cert
- Positive interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess a strong ability to work collaboratively
- Willing to provide a supportive and engaging learning environment that empowers students
- Motivated to adhere to focused district goals of student achievement and well-being, working in a small PreK-8 district
