Amplify is seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Supply Chain Intern to join our team this summer and help us build, optimize, and scale the operational infrastructure that ensures our innovative educational products reach the educators, students, and families who need them most — on time, every time. This paid, remote 10-week internship offers the chance to make a real impact on products used by millions of students and teachers.
If you're comfortable with supply chain analytics, operational research, and structured problem-solving, and you're genuinely curious about how supply chain systems drive efficiency and long-term growth, this could be a perfect fit for you. The ideal candidates will love digging into complex operational data, bring a collaborative, ask-questions-first energy to your work, and feel excited to help shape supply chain workflows that move the needle for K–12 learners.
Though remote, interns will join a 2-day in-person experience at Amplify HQ in Brooklyn, NY. Throughout the program, interns will engage with Amplify's culture via product demos, team-building activities, and engagement initiatives, plus grow through a virtual speaker series featuring Amplify executives, additional product demos, and dedicated mentorship.
While our summer intern roles are remote positions, interns must be authorized to work in the US, reside in the US for the internship's duration, and be available full-time for the entire program, June 7 – August 13, 2027.
Key responsibilities may include:
Support end-to-end supply chain operations — from demand planning, procurement, and inventory management through order fulfillment, distribution, and delivery — across Amplify's portfolio of educational products and materials
Help identify supply chain inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and cost reduction opportunities to improve operational performance, delivery speed, and overall supply chain reliability
Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Product, Operations, and Logistics to align on inventory forecasts, procurement needs, vendor performance, and fulfillment timelines
Assist with supplier relationship management, vendor onboarding, purchase order processing, and contract documentation to support a well-organized and compliant procurement operation
Contribute to supply chain documentation, process maps, standard operating procedures, inventory reports, and operational performance dashboards
Track key supply chain metrics including inventory levels, order accuracy, lead times, supplier performance, and fulfillment rates to help teams identify trends and prioritize improvements
Participate in operations team meetings, product demonstrations, and cross-functional planning sessions to build knowledge of Amplify's supply chain ecosystem, vendor landscape, and operational strategy
What we can offer you:
Direct exposure to supply chain management tools, platforms, and best practices used in EdTech
Real-world supply chain challenges that directly impact the delivery of educational products to educators, students, and families
Collaboration with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Product teams across the organization
Contributions to meaningful operational improvement initiatives in a mission-driven environment
Mentorship from industry professionals at the forefront of supply chain and operations in education technology
