We're seeking an experienced perioperative leader who is either a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with a passion for developing teams, supporting clinical excellence, and driving exceptional patient outcomes.
What You'll Do
As the Supervisor of Clinical Operations, you'll help lead our perioperative team by overseeing daily operations, supporting staff development, ensuring high-quality patient care, coordinating resources and staffing, and fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the Surgery department.
- Serve as a clinical leader and role model, consistently demonstrating and exceeding professional standards of performance.
- Collaborate with the Manager to ensure quality patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide oversight and support for nursing personnel and daily operations within the Surgery department.
- Assist with staffing coordination and provide direct patient care as needed to support department operations.
- Facilitate orientation, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members.
- Participate in staff performance evaluations, coaching, and professional growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state or current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
- Maintains all required certifications specific to the assigned department.
- Previous perioperative, operating room, or surgical services experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
