Job Title: E-warehouse Supervisor Department: Production Reports To: Operations Manager
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION: The employee are responsible for, but not limited to, supervisions of employees in the electrical component warehouse and also for material flow, maintaining inventory accuracy and coordinating with other depts. Promote new technologies and smart warehouse to enhance electronical warehouse capability.
Job Responsibilities:
Ø Work out WH working procedure and train WH staff to implement the procedure strictly. Ø Monitor WH staff routine job and adjust their work according to actual requirement. Ø Manage material flow for raw material from receiving to issuing to workshop. Ø Responding for inventory management. To arrange weekly recycle and yearly stock checking. To make sure accurate inventory. Ø Well management on WH site. Ø Take the leader of WH to implement the procedure of IATF16949 / ISO14001/ISO45001 and customer special requirements. Lead the audit for warehouse business Ø Fulfill inventory job targets such as on time delivery, inventory turnover, FIFO. Ø Monitor and evaluate performance of warehouse employees. Ø Oversee and delegate work loads of warehouse employees. Ø Enforce company policies and safety regulations, discipline as necessary. Ø Provide feedback to appropriate departments to meet customer requirements. Ø Responsible for maintaining inventory targets and tracking monthly inventory dollars, including slow moving and dead material. Ø Continuous Improving on inventory management to meet the internal and external customer demands. Ø Promote new technologies/smart warehouse to lead warehouse transformation Ø Special projects as requested.
Position Requirements: Ø Associate’s degree or equivalent. Ø 5 years previous inventory, production control, and/or supervisory experience. Ø Basic PC skills. Ø Good organizational and English communication skills. Ø Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail. Ø Strong on-site management capability Ø Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ø Knowledge of IATF16949 / ISO14001/ ISO45001procedures a plus Ø Understand and observe position safety protection. |
