Warehouse Supervisor – PM Shift
Salary: £28,900–£33,000 per annum

We’re looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to support our Shift Manager in leading a team of Warehouse Operatives, ensuring parcels and customer orders are processed safely, accurately and efficiently.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on being hands-on, developing people and delivering results in a busy warehouse operation.
What you'll be doing

Lead and motivate your team to achieve daily targets and deliver excellent operational performance.

Drive productivity and performance by monitoring KPIs, throughput and quality standards.

Keep operations running smoothly, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.

Coach and develop colleagues, supporting training and building a strong, capable team.

Champion health and safety, ensuring company procedures and standards are followed.

Maintain operational standards, including housekeeping, equipment availability and workplace organisation.

Work closely with the Shift Manager, providing performance updates, completing reports and identifying opportunities for improvement.

What we're looking for

Experience within a warehouse, distribution, logistics or similar fast-paced environment.

Previous experience leading, supervising or coaching a team.

An understanding of operational KPIs, productivity and performance targets.

Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

The ability to make decisions, prioritise workloads and work under pressure.

Confidence using Microsoft Office and operational systems.

A proactive attitude and a hands-on approach to getting the job done.

Desirable: GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English, strong numerical skills and experience using data to improve operational performance.
