Supervisor, Order Management

• What you bring

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in a related field, including at least 5 years in supply chain, ideally in a complex manufacturing environment.
  • A degree in Business or Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent mix of education, training and experience.
  • A customer-first mindset and a drive to deliver customer delight.
  • Leadership with backbone: you take the lead in challenging situations, treat people fairly, play no favourites and handle difficult conversations early and well.
  • Clear communication, written and spoken, and confidence presenting to and working with senior leaders.
  • Sharp critical thinking and strong prioritisation when many things compete for your attention.
  • A process mindset: you build, and keep improving, ways of working that deliver value.
  • Persistence and a work ethic in line with WWT’s Core Values.
