Base location: Manila
Education Qualification: Graduate: Computer graduate / BE Computers
Experience: 3-5 years
Essential Skills
Has understanding of Point of Sales application and Inventory management system
Technical Knowledge-
- Expert in Troubleshooting and Root cause analysis
- Basic Database Understanding - SQL skills, how to extract a log file, Cloud environment
Personality Traits-
- Should be savvy of working on Business Application involving inventory management
- Should be able to multi-task and track SLA's
- Should be able to produce the best result in pressure situations.
- Should be able to work in team as well as individual.
Functional Knowledge
- Understanding of how point ofsales operations and inventory management work
- Managing Customer communication
- Managing incident lifecycle
- To make the Test plan for incidents that require L3 fix
- To support customer in implementing the solution
Work set-up: Remote (M- F)
Must be willing to provide weekend support.
Rotational shift - 5 days
