Engage directly with customers to understand business needs, gather, analyze, and document user requirements.
Conduct discussions and requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders to clarify business processes and functional expectations.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for application development.
Prepare and maintain business requirement documents, functional specifications, and other relevant technical documentation.
Collaborate with developers, testers, and project teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
Support requirement clarification, issue investigation, and functional analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in identifying gaps between existing system functionality and business requirements, and propose appropriate solutions.
Participate in project meetings, requirement reviews, and other project-related activities.
Work according to project schedules and accommodate MENA business hours when required.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or Consultant.
Experience working in a customer-facing role, engaging directly with clients to gather, analyze, clarify, and document business requirements.
Experience in the acquiring domain is required.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks, and collaborate effectively within a team.
Willingness to work in shifts or adjust working hours to align with MENA business hours and project requirements.
Basic technical knowledge of application development and .NET technologies is an advantage.
