System Engineer

Rate: up to 134 PLN/h net + VAT

• Analyze customer requirements and technical specifications.

• Define system functionality and parameters based on project requirements.

• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned vehicle features, from requirements analysis through implementation and delivery.

• Create and maintain technical documentation.

• Coordinate activities across software, testing, and engineering teams as well as external vendors.

• Support system integration, validation, and feature calibration activities.

• Analyze feature performance during testing and vehicle validation activities.

• Collaborate closely with software engineers, test engineers, and system architects.

• Participate in technical reviews, project meetings, and customer discussions.

• Act as a technical interface between engineering teams and international customers.

• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in requirements analysis and customer-facing engineering activities.

• Solid understanding of electronics and electronic measurement principles.

• Hands-on experience with microcontrollers and embedded systems.

• Understanding of both hardware and software aspects of product development.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Ability to work effectively in an international environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the automotive industry.

• Knowledge of ECU/controller development.

• Experience with vehicle energy management systems.

• Understanding of Functional Safety (FuSA).

• Basic Python knowledge.

• Familiarity with ADAS technologies.
