Talent Operations Specialist

You will lead recruiting operations strategy and execution, own recruiting systems, deploy automation and candidate portals, establish process governance, create scalable candidate-experience frameworks, build talent partnerships, measure program performance, and manage cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting systems and coordination tooling strategy
• Lead deployment of automation, AI sourcing agents, and candidate portals
• Oversee recruiting process governance and documentation
• Create candidate-experience and employer-brand frameworks
• Build partnerships with talent networks, universities, and industry organizations
• Lead recruiting program measurement and analytics
• Advise recruiting leadership on organizational design and headcount planning
• Manage cross-functional program managers and project teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting operations, technical program management, or talent strategy experience
• Experience designing and executing programs at scale
• Technical fluency in systems integration, automation, data flows, APIs, and backend workflows
• Experience building executive-level cross-functional alignment
• Strategic thinking skills
• Leadership and influence skills
