You will run full-cycle recruiting for engineering and AI/ML roles. You will partner with technical leaders, establish hiring standards, execute sourcing strategies, use market data, guide candidates through decisions, and deliver a fair candidate experience.

• Partner with technical leaders to calibrate hiring requirements
• Help define the technical hiring bar and evaluation approach
• Execute top-of-funnel sourcing strategies
• Deliver a fast, respectful, and honest candidate experience
• Apply an equity lens throughout the hiring process
• Use data and market context to manage searches and expectations
• Guide candidates through high-stakes decisions
