Talent Programs Manager

You will own talent events, the intern program, and campus recruiting from planning through follow-up. You will build university and community relationships, manage program budgets and vendors, recruit employee ambassadors, and track event, intern-conversion, and cost-per-hire metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent events from concept through follow-up
• Design and run the intern program
• Represent the company at career fairs and campus events
• Recruit and prepare employee brand ambassadors
• Build relationships with universities, bootcamps, and community organizations
• Manage program budgets and vendor relationships
• Track program conversion and cost-per-hire metrics
• Maintain a strong candidate and intern experience
