Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to design and execute hiring strategies, gather competitive market intelligence, maintain candidate pipelines, source candidates across disciplines and channels, represent Kraken and Payward in the market, and improve hiring infrastructure through research.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters on hiring strategies
• Gather and communicate competitive market intelligence
• Identify target talent and share industry trends
• Collaborate with the sourcing team on best practices
• Develop and maintain candidate flow across disciplines
• Source candidates through social media, databases, job boards, networking, and internet searches
• Represent Kraken and Payward in the market
• Participate in research projects that improve hiring infrastructure

Requirements

• Track record sourcing talent for reputable, fast-growing technology and product businesses
• Strong Boolean and X-ray sourcing expertise
• Talent acquisition fundamentals
• Fintech and crypto understanding
• Candidate research and networking skills
• Data-driven decision making
• Ability to produce compelling market intelligence
• High agency, sound judgment, and bias for action
• Comfort working in ambiguity and a fully async remote-native setting
