Taxi driver, weekend shifts – Taksi Helsinki

Were looking for a driver for weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays. Both day and night shifts are available, and well agree on the right mix together with you. The job works well alongside a weekday job or studies, and also as a main role for those who prefer a weekend-focused rhythm.

Rides are dispatched through Taksi Helsinki. The cars are based in Leppävaara and Viikki. On weekends, demand leans toward evening and night rides into the city centre and toward the airport.

If you wish, you can also drive weekday shifts, which include Kela and MPK rides.

Pay is 40 % of each shifts VAT-free cash + holiday bonus paid monthly. This is an employment relationship, not invoicing or B2B. Tips from customers go fully to the driver.

The role requires a valid taxi drivers permit (taksinkuljettajan ajolupa) and a Taksi Helsinki driver card. A working level of spoken Finnish is needed for customer service; perfect grammar isnt required. English or other languages are a plus.

The vehicle is a Tesla Model Y. Shift preferences are taken into account in scheduling where possible.

We also have a Bolt/Uber fleet, so you can take shifts there as well if you wish. The fleet is based in Espoo, Vantaa and Helsinki.
