Technical Analyst - Vehicle Diagnostics

What to expect:

• Analyze technical issues and error reports within the vehicle diagnostics environment
• Analyze log files, diagnostic data and other technical information to identify error sources
• Perform root-cause analysis across applications, backend systems and vehicle-related components
• Independently classify, prioritize and document defects
• Create complete defect descriptions, including relevant logs, technical evidence and affected components
• Assess potential impacts on related systems, components and test scenarios
• Collaborate with testers, test managers, defect managers, developers and technical experts

What you bring along:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a comparable field
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
• Experience in analyzing technical systems, software issues or log files
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge
• Understanding of software testing, root-cause analysis and defect management
• Ability to understand complex technical dependencies and end-to-end system interactions
• Experience with structured defect documentation
• Good English communication skills
• Structured, independent and quality-oriented working style
• High level of ownership and accountability

Nice to Have :

• Experience with Jira or comparable defect management tools
• Experience using AI tools for log analysis, defect classification, troubleshooting or technical knowledge management
• Experience in automotive or vehicle diagnostics
• Knowledge of diagnostic systems and vehicle communication
