Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical delivery, working closely with clients, developers, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
- Perform process and workflow mapping.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Define API and system integration requirements.
- Work closely with development and QA teams throughout delivery.
- Communicate directly with clients and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Technical BA in enterprise application projects.
- Good understanding of APIs, integrations, workflows, and SDLC.
- Strong documentation and client-facing communication skills.
- Mandarin/Chinese speaking is required.
- Experience with ServiceNow requirements analysis is a plus.
