Technical Customer Support Representative (German)
Description
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a global customer experience company supporting a leading home appliances brand that is seeking to onboard three German-speaking Technical Customer Support Advisors to join their team in Bucharest.
The role is voice-based technical support for the brand’s German-speaking customers, working on-site for the first three months, with hybrid working available afterwards based on performance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical customer support in German via voice channels
Assist customers with questions and issues related to home appliance products
Troubleshoot technical and product-related problems
Identify customer needs and provide clear and accurate solutions
Guide customers through appropriate troubleshooting steps
Document customer interactions and relevant case information accurately
Escalate complex technical issues when required
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout each interaction
Meet required quality, productivity and customer service standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
German language proficiency at C1 level
Previous customer service or technical support experience is preferred
Good technical understanding and ability to troubleshoot customer issues
Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with computer systems and internal tools
Ability to work effectively in a structured customer support environment
Willingness to work fully on-site in Bucharest for the first three months
Legal right to work in Romania / valid work permit.
