Technical Recruiter / Talent Sourcer

Role Overview:
- We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to source, screen, and manage the pipeline of technical candidates, ensuring a strong and fast-moving talent pipeline for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source technical candidates through Torre, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements.
- Maintain and improve the recruitment CRM and reporting.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or IT staffing.
- Familiarity with technical roles and terminology (software, data, cloud).
- Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Torre, Boolean search).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
