Technical Solution Architect – IT/OT

On behalf of a client in the energy industry, we are looking for a Technical Solution Architect to support the development and integration of a critical IT/OT solution involving RTUs, SCADA and Python-based components.

Main Responsibilities

• Define and support the technical architecture across RTU, SCADA and Python-based solution components

• Ensure technologies and applications are securely integrated across the IT/OT environment

• Work closely with developers on technical design, implementation decisions and estimates

• Support integration between Siemens 8050 RTUs, Device Manager, Power SCADA and Python-based components

• Introduce practical AI best practices to help developers improve efficiency and speed up development work

• Help strengthen development practices and bring a stronger development mindset into the team

• Support communication between the development team and project leadership

• Contribute to test planning and end-to-end testing across the different technologies

Key Requirements

• Strong experience as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect or senior hands-on Developer/Architect

• Strong understanding of IT/OT architecture and security

• Python development experience

• Experience integrating multiple technologies in an IT/OT environment

• Ability to work hands-on with developers and support technical decisions and estimates

• Experience using AI tools and best practices to support software development

• Experience with RTU and/or SCADA solutions is beneficial

• Test management or broader testing experience is beneficial

Location: Greater Copenhagen Area

Onsite: Minimum 3 days/week
