Technical Solutions Engineer

Own end-to-end onboarding of clients and trading counterparties, lead API and FIX integrations, configure client environments, troubleshoot implementation issues, and develop onboarding documentation and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for clients and trading counterparties from kickoff through production deployment.
• Lead technical integrations involving APIs, FIX connectivity, and platform configuration.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Engineering, and external stakeholders to deliver implementations on schedule.
• Manage onboarding timelines, track milestones, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Configure and validate client environments across trading and portfolio systems.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolution with engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and integration best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client onboarding or implementation within capital markets or financial technology.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder leadership skills.
• Experience with institutional trading systems, market connectivity, or financial infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of SQL and command line environments.
• Familiarity with configuration management, source control, and basic scripting; Python preferred.
• Exposure to FIX protocol, REST APIs, and JSON-based integrations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations.
