The role

Reporting to the Technology Strategy Senior Manager, the Technology Strategy Junior Manager will act as a key execution partner across Technology Strategy and the CTIO Office, helping to translate strategic priorities into action and establish the governance, operating rhythms and ways of working that enable a globally connected, high-performing Technology organisation.

This is a role for a technology strategy professional with a track record of leading enterprise-wide initiatives. You will translate Technology strategy into clear direction, compelling narratives and practical guardrails, while establishing the IT operating model and cross-functional operating rhythm that connects strategy, portfolio management, performance, transformation and leadership decision-making. Working directly with the CTIO, the Technology Leadership Team, Procurement and a broad network of stakeholders across the business, you will bring clarity, transparency and momentum to the Technology agenda.

As a newly independent company, much of what you will work on does not yet exist. In your first year you will help to professionalise technology governance, establish rhythm, advise leadership and strengthen how we manage a +100-technology supplier landscape.

This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys building from a blank page, solving complex problems and improving how an organisation works, building the Technology foundations that enable TMICC to grow, innovate and create extraordinary ice cream experiences for consumers around the world.

What you'll be responsible for

• Support to shape TMICC’s Technology strategy and translate it into clear direction, compelling narratives, practical guardrails and executable roadmaps.
• Support the CTIO Office in creating an effective operating rhythm that connects technology strategy, portfolio priorities, performance, transformation and leadership decision-making.
• Drive strategic priorities into execution, establishing clear outcomes, milestones, owners and measures, while proactively managing risks, dependencies and decisions.
• Provide strategic decision support to the Technology Strategy Senior Manager and Technology Leadership, turning complex information into analysis, clear recommendations and executive materials.
• Shape and continuously improve the Technology operating model and performance framework, simplifying processes and creating transparency across priorities, progress, risks and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, bringing together technology, business and functional stakeholders to solve complex challenges and translate decisions into action and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Procurement and Finance across 100+ technology suppliers, shaping the technology ecosystem strategy and driving supplier engagement, onboarding, governance, spend visibility and performance, including hands-on execution where needed, to maximise value and innovation.
• Accelerate digital, AI-enabled and future-ready ways of working, strengthening Technology capability.

We're looking for someone who

• Has experience in technology/ IT strategy, IT operating-model design, transformation delivery, cross-functional programme management, with sound financial acumen, executive storytelling and practical application of AI to improve decisions and ways of working, and can operate confidently in a global environment with senior leaders, technical experts and external partners.
• Brings strong skills in building trusted relationships, stakeholder management and influencing across boundaries, combined with a kind, proactive and action-oriented mindset and the drive to turn ambiguity into clear direction and ideas into measurable outcomes.
• Thinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for results
• Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organisation
• Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working
