Technology Support Specialist English Day Shift

Our client in Lisbon is recruiting English speaking technology support specialists to join a growing team that helps customers with software, devices and online platforms. You will be the first point of contact for people who need clear, patient and accurate help, so strong communication matters as much as technical knowledge.

Your day will involve diagnosing problems, guiding customers through fixes step by step, escalating complex cases and documenting every interaction properly. You will work across chat, email and voice channels, with support from experienced team leaders.

We are looking for candidates with English at C1 level or higher, a technical or tech support background, and a genuine interest in artificial intelligence. Shifts run between 07:00 and 22:00, and we need people who can start immediately. We also value reliability, teamwork and a positive attitude, and every new colleague receives regular feedback and a clear path for development from the first day.

Candidates must have the right to work in Portugal, such as European Union citizenship, a valid residence card or permit, or refugee status.
