Requirements / Qualifications

The following will be required if selected for employment:
TB Test
MMR vaccine (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
DTP vaccine (Whooping Cough)
Physical Examination
CPR/First Aid

Also, transcripts without posted degree conferred dates are not accepted if applicable.

• Copy of Transcript (Bachelor's Degree must be posted on transcript)
• CPR/First Aid Certification (Must be current and valid)
• Credential Copy (Copy of valid Child Development Teacher Permit)
• Letter of Introduction
• Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three Letters of Recommendation (must be dated and signed within 1 year))
