What You'll Do
As a Strategic Transformation Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Japan ISG General Manager and leadership team. You will help drive business growth, operational excellence, and transformation initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the development and execution of ISG Japan’s growth and transformation strategy.
- Support the GM in business planning, executive decision-making, leadership meetings, and operating reviews.
- Lead cross-functional strategic programs and ensure clear ownership, governance, and execution.
- Strengthen sales management, including pipeline quality, forecasting, account planning, and business predictability.
- Support strategic account development, new customer acquisition, and market expansion.
- Develop and improve partner strategy, partner segmentation, joint business planning, and performance management.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and business risks.
- Build a customer-centric management system and improve executive customer engagement.
- Optimize key business processes, KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting.
- Improve alignment and collaboration across Japan, Asia Pacific, and global teams.
This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and influence the growth and transformation of Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) business in Japan.
＜Requirement＞
- 8–12+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business transformation, operations, or executive office roles.
- Sales Management (Direct, High Touch or Partner) Experience with proof of outcome
- Proven experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Fluent in Japanese and English.
