Travel Customer Support Representative (Remote)

We are looking for a customer-focused Travel Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. If you have experience supporting customers in the travel industry and enjoy solving problems while providing exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle travel bookings.
- Handle itinerary changes.
- Handle cancellations.
- Handle refunds.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with travel partners and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting performance goals.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Customer Service, Travel Support, Reservations, or a related role.
- Experience with airlines, travel agencies, OTAs, or hospitality is a strong advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Japanese language skills are a plus but not required.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable working remotely with a reliable computer and stable internet connection.
