Responsibilities
What you’ll do
- Build relationships and learn to understand each client’s needs.
- Help individuals evaluate insurance options and make informed decisions.
- Develop skills in consultative sales, client service, and business development.
- Participate in training and work toward individual sales goals.
- As you develop, pursue opportunities to learn coaching, recruiting, and team management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Proficiency in MS Word, Email programs
- Drive to be an advocate for your community
