UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with 3–5 years of commercial experience who can create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-focused digital products.
We need someone who thinks beyond beautiful interfaces, understands business goals, works efficiently, and actively uses AI tools as part of their daily design workflow.
Your responsibilities will include:
Design modern, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile products;
Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs;
Build, maintain, and improve design systems, UI Kits, and reusable components;
Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to turn business requirements into effective design solutions;
Improve user experience based on analytics, user research, usability testing, and product goals;
Design responsive and adaptive interfaces across different devices;
Create supporting visual assets, including icons, banners, and marketing creatives;
Redesign existing products and contribute to the development of new digital solutions;
Use AI tools to accelerate design processes, explore concepts, automate repetitive tasks, and improve overall design quality.

What we expect from you:
3–5 years of commercial experience in UI/UX Design, including at least 2 years with one company;
Strong portfolio featuring real projects, demonstrating not only final designs but also your design process, research, user flows, and iterations;
Hands-on experience designing SaaS, CRM, web platforms, e-commerce, B2B/B2C products, or mobile applications;
Advanced Figma skills, including Auto Layout, Variables, Components, Variants, Design Tokens, Design Systems, and Dev Mode;
Experience building and maintaining design systems and UI Kits;
Strong understanding of UX principles, including Information Architecture, User Flows, CJM, Wireframing, Prototyping, Accessibility, and Responsive Design;
Practical experience with User Research, Usability Testing, Competitive Analysis, and user behavior analysis;
Experience creating interactive prototypes using Figma, Framer, ProtoPie, or similar tools;
Understanding of developer handoff processes, including specifications, design tokens, and Dev Mode;
Ability to create supporting graphics such as icons, banners, simple illustrations, and marketing assets;
Product-oriented mindset and ability to make data-informed design decisions;
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

AI Experience — Mandatory:
We consider AI an essential part of a modern designer’s workflow and expect practical experience using AI tools in real projects.
You should be comfortable using AI to:
Generate design concepts, ideas, and visual references;
Accelerate UI/UX design processes and prototyping;
Support UX research and user flow creation;
Generate graphics and visual assets;
Automate repetitive design tasks;
Improve design quality and overall productivity.
You should be able to clearly explain which AI tools you use, how you use them, and what impact they have on your daily workflow.

Nice to Have:
Experience working on iGaming products;
Experience designing complex SaaS platforms, dashboards, or CRM systems;
Experience working with multiple products or brands;
Understanding of product metrics, conversion optimization, and user engagement.
