IndieKidz GmbH is a Berlin-based startup developing Occibo, an AI-powered platform for creating and publishing children's books. Our international team is seeking a creative individual to help share our mission and showcase the value of our platform to authors, educators, and parents.
Tasks
About the role
Type: Unpaid internship (3-6 months)
As a Growth and Marketing Intern, you will be the face and voice of Occibo on social media. You will plan, film, and edit short-form content, showcase product features, and maintain our channels. This hands-on role offers real ownership, allowing you to see your creative ideas come to life.
What you will do
- Plan, film, and edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
- Present Occibo on camera through product demos, tutorials, feature explainers, and behind-the-scenes content
- Turn product features into simple, engaging stories for our audience of authors, parents, teachers, and illustrators
- Create and schedule posts, Reels, and Stories according to a content calendar
- Write captions, short texts, and copy for social media, newsletters, and the website
- Maintain and organise all our content across channels so the brand stays consistent
- Follow trends in social media and children's publishing and adapt them for Occibo
- Track content performance and use the results to improve what we post
- Engage with our online community and respond to comments and messages
Requirements
What you bring
- Enrolled student or individual seeking a mandatory or voluntary internship
- Confident speaking on camera
- Basic video production skills using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere
- Strong visual storytelling and social media intuition
- Proficiency in English
- Proactive, creative, and capable of independent remote work
- Portfolio, social media presence, or sample videos (personal projects welcome)
