Position: UX Researcher II - AMZ27151.2
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Multiple Positions Available:
1. Build a research road-map; communicate and refresh on regular basis
to ensure relevancy
2. Conduct lab-based user testing, remote testing, paper prototype
testing, iterative prototype testing, concept evaluation, field research,
and/or survey design.
3. Generate tools and frameworks such as archetypes/personas, user
journeys, design principles, and templates to support design partners
4. Conduct research utilizing focus groups, interviews, online surveys,
digital diaries, moderated/unmoderated online panels, and/or
customer panels
5. Create and optimize mechanisms that generate and track actionable
customer insights to improve our products and services.
6. Domestic or international travel up to 10% to perform role
responsibilities may be required
(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $143100 - $193600)
