- fulfill the general V.I.E program requirements (EU-graduate, aged between 18 and 28 years)
- hold a master's degree in electrical engineering, electronics, telecommunications, or a comparable field
- possess professional experience in systems engineering and requirements engineering
- demonstrate knowledge of electrical systems, hardware systems, and ideally wiring diagrams and electrical drawings
- have experience with IBM DOORS and proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (G-Suite)
- have business-level English proficiency and a basic knowledge of German
