Description

Change the world. Love your job.

We can't predict what the future holds, but we know Texas Instruments will have a part in shaping it.

In your first year with TI, you will participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP), which provides professional and technical training and resources to accelerate your ramp into TI and set you up for long-term career success. Within this program, we also offer function-specific technical training and on-the-job learning opportunities that will encourage you to solve problems through a variety of hands-on, meaningful experiences from your very first day on the job.

Experience how the latest innovative technologies are developed, built, and optimized as a Validation Engineer. As a Validation Engineer, you are part of the New Product Development team and are responsible for silicon validation in a lab/bench environment. In close teamwork with Circuit Design, Test, and System Engineering, you will define the validation strategy to guarantee best-in-class performance for our next-generation products in the area of precision amplifiers. This also includes ensuring device robustness under extreme conditions.

You will develop, execute, and analyze bench validation measurements using LabVIEW, Python and TestStand. Result reviews in cross-functional teams are part of your role. You will use benchtop equipment as well as automated bench systems, including PXI, to perform your measurements. You will design test fixtures and lab boards fulfilling high-precision AC and DC measurement requirements while allowing for a high degree of automation. Continuous improvement activities, such as designing, developing, and implementing complex bench data collection methods, are expected. Modern, state-of-the-art tools will help you achieve this.

In this role, you’ll become a member of our validation team where you will work on leading-edge semiconductor technologies while improving efficiency and quality, directly contributing to Texas Instruments’ bottom line.
