Vice President & General Manager - Multichannel Solutions (MCS)

• Reports to a General Manager.

• Directs the activities of a business unit of US$50m-US$300m revenue within the company.

• Contributes to the development and implementation of a strategic roadmap and streamlines go to market approach for the overall company.

• Drives sales and growth initiatives including new logos, new capabilities and increased emphasis on technology and automation.

• Develops strategy on new business opportunities and return on investment models.

• Drives initiatives that increase the overall profitability of the business.

• Drives client-focused, collaborative and high-performing teams.
