Vice President of Operations
Description
PHOENIX ELECTRIC is seeking a hands-on Vice President of Operations to lead and scale multi-family electrical operations across multiple Texas markets. This role requires a true player-coach mindset — someone who can drive strategy, build operational discipline, lead high-performing teams, and step directly into the work when needed to move projects and the business forward.
The Vice President of Operations will oversee operational performance, project execution, financial results, safety, workforce development, and customer relationships across a growing portfolio of electrical construction projects. This leader must be equally comfortable in executive discussions, customer meetings, jobsite walkthroughs, operational reviews, and mentoring field and project teams.
Equally important, this role is expected to strengthen and expand customer relationships by building trust, responsiveness, and execution consistency with general contractors, developers, and strategic partners. The ideal candidate understands that operational success and long-term customer confidence go hand in hand.
This is a high-impact leadership role for an operationally driven construction executive who thrives in fast-paced environments, values accountability, and leads through both direction and execution.
